Wheeler Central Attends District CDE’s

            On Febuary 29^th the Wheeler Central FFA, chapter along with the members enrolled in our Ag program from Chambers, attended the district Career Development Education Competition on the Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska.  There were 3 districts at the competition but we only competed against our own which had 11 schools.  The weather had a plan of its own that day and only a few of our schools from the district could attend on the set competition date.  NECC willingly offered to hold another day of competion the following Wednesday for the schools that couldn’t attend.  This was by far our chapters best day of competition. This competition allowed us to qualify the remaining members of our chapter that weren’t previously qualified for the 84^th Annual Nebraska State FFA Convention to be held Wednesday March 28^th through Friday the 30^th.  Results are as followed.
